Helen Levins of Fishtown is a sophomore at J. R. Masterman High School. She was recently named to the City of Philadelphia All Public Teams in both Basketball and Volleyball. Helen is also a distinguished honors student at Masterman.

This volleyball season, Helen and the rest of the Masterman team are celebrating their second consecutive Public League Championship win over Central High School. Helen also is a member of Masterman’s varsity track team. Helen hopes to attend Georgetown University and play for their volleyball team. Helen is an alumni of the Fishtown Athletic Club where she played basketball, soccer and softball.•
